Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives defective or damaged. Just email us at support@intellectualhub.net with photos and your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.
